Welcome to ERPMandi! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the ERPMandi platform as a Vendor. By purchasing coins and using them to unmask customer contact details, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or purchase coins.
2. Definitions
Platform: Refers to ERPMandi, an online marketplace for ERP services.
Vendor: Any service provider or freelancer registered on ERPMandi.
Customer: Any individual or business posting ERP-related requirements on the platform.
Coins: Virtual credits purchased by Vendors to access customer details.
Wallet: The Vendor's virtual account where purchased coins are stored.
3. Coin Purchase and Usage
3.1. Vendors can purchase coins through the platform's payment gateway.
3.2. Coins can be used to unmask customer contact details for posted requirements.
3.3. Coin purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
4. No Guarantee of Customer Engagement or Conversion
4.1. The platform does not guarantee that customers will respond to Vendors.
4.2. The platform does not guarantee that any leads will result in a sale, contract, or business engagement.
4.3. Vendors acknowledge that unmasking customer details only provides access to the contact information and does not ensure a successful business transaction.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
5.1. Vendors must use customer information solely for business purposes related to ERP services.
5.2. Vendors must not spam, harass, or misuse customer contact details.
5.3. Any misuse of the platform or customer data may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. ERPMandi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or business disruption arising from the use of the platform or reliance on unmasked customer details.
6.2. The platform is not responsible for false, misleading, or incomplete customer information.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1. ERPMandi reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
8.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Karnataka, India.
